About Global Education
Global education is always a collaborative process, with ownership of the process resting with the experts in the partner country. As an educator dedicated to global education, I frequently address the challenges and opportunities that come with transnational education, educational reforms, leadership development, teacher training, and collaborative research.
In the field of transnational education, I co-create competence-based curricula and student-centered teaching methods making education accessible across borders through online platforms and regional partnerships.
My work in education reforms involves advocating for policies that promote inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education. This often means rethinking current educational frameworks to accommodate diverse learning needs, foster global citizenship, and tackle inequalities in access to education.
In leadership training, I focus on developing future education leaders who can effectively navigate transforming learning environments. I design leadership programs that emphasize innovation, critical thinking, and ethical decision-making within a global context.
Teacher education is a crucial part of my role. I ensure that educators are feel valued, are prepared to teach in various settings, and can effectively use technology in teaching and supporting students' personalised learning.
Finally, in collaborative research, I work with colleagues around the world to produce research that addresses global education challenges, sharing insights and practices across different regions to improve educational outcomes for all students. However, many of my reports on global education are distributed only to partners and are not made available to the public.

About Work and Learning
As an educator interested in transforming work and developing new methodologies for continuous learning in the workplace, I am committed to co-creating innovative strategies that address the rapidly changing workforce landscape, focusing on human well-being, motivation, and engagement.
I frequently participate in EU-funded collaborations that promote lifelong learning, digital skills, and adaptability in professional settings. I investigate how work environments change through these initiatives, particularly in light of technological advancements and globalisation. I collaborate with institutions and experts across Europe to gain insight into how these changes influence the skills required for the future job market.
I work with partners to develop methodologies that prioritise learning in the workplace, combining formal training with informal, on-the-job experiences.

About Green Transitions
I'm interested in how we can transform scientific knowledge about sustainability into practical learning settings that can be effectively integrated into education. I find it important to work across different disciplines to make sense of the science for practitioners and knowledge beneficiaries in an educational context.
I've also investigated research cooperation processes that connect different disciplines, such as environmental science, social sciences, and economics. This collaboration isn't easy, but when it's successful, it helps researchers transform their practices for joint, novel efforts that may better address complex societal challenges.
I focus on turning innovative research findings into educational tools and resources that can be used in university courses. By incorporating sustainability into teaching and learning, I wish to help higher education teachers re-thinking curricula, competence goals, and teaching methodology that will benefit their students to lead sustainable initiatives in their future careers.

About Digital Pedagogy
As an educator committed to advancing digital pedagogy, I prioritise leveraging technology to enrich teaching and learning experiences. My efforts are to explore and implement innovative digital tools and methodologies that promote a collaborative, student-centered approaches in physical and virtual learning environments.
A pivotal aspect of my work involves supporting teachers and teacher educators in developing their digital competencies. I design and facilitate professional development programs and workshops to empower teachers and teacher educators to refine their skills in digital pedagogy, digital content creation, online engagement, and employing educational technologies to personalise their students' learning. I aim to ensure educators can join supportive networks of colleagues sharing knowledge, resources, practical tips, and emotional care.
By enhancing these competencies with teachers and teacher educators, we improve pedagogical methodologies and foster a working and learning environment where digital literacy is modeled, valued, and humanised.
