About me
Essi Ryymin
Educator, Researcher and Coach from Finland
Hey there! I'm Essi Ryymin, an Educator, Researcher and Coach living in Finland. I work as a Principal Research Scientist at Häme University of Applied Sciences. I'm curious about engaging education!
I have over 20 years of experience in government, academic and corporate institutions in education, competence development, applied research and leadership. My career has taught me a lot, especially how to work with people and organisations in a positive, emphatic and effective way.
I work across different industries and countries as the world does not respect the boundaries of academic disciplines. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and accessible to all. It needs to be designed in a way that engages and inspires us all and connects knowing, doing, being - especially well-being.
I believe that engaging learning includes it all: knowing, doing, being - and well-being. Let's link up!
